OTHER CONSIDERATIONS 7.1 Agistment of Land (a) Council may enter into an agreement with another party for that party to agist cattle, horses or other animals on Council Land. Such an agistment agreement will be by way of a licence. (b) The term of an agistment agreement must not exceed five (5) years. (c) At the expiry of an agistment agreement the land may be offered to the current licensee (agistee) for a further term subject to a market fee review. LEAVE POLICY | 11. HEALTH AND WELLBEING LEAVE Health and Wellbeing leave is provided to eligible employees in accordance with the Award and these guidelines. A Health and Wellbeing activity for approval is discretionary and the list below is simply a guide and is not an exhaustive list of acceptable activities. Health and Wellbeing leave will be considered for the purposes of participating in the following activities: Work related health activities and/or team building exercises; Annual check-ups (e.g. general physical, dental, optical, hearing); Annual cancer screenings (e.g. skin cancer, bowel, breast, pap smear, prostate); Mental health (e.g. counsellor, psychologist, psychiatrist); Remedial health (e.g. physiotherapist, chiropractor, podiatrist); Physical Health (e.g. Active involvement in sports team, attendance at an exercise program such as swimming, yoga, aerobics, personal training.) Leeton Community Strategic Plan | Having access to clean, safe drinking water to keep us healthy is one of our community’s highest priorities. Having a modern and well maintained sewerage system to keep us safe from disease is very important too. We get town water for Leeton, Yanco, Whitton, Wamoon and Murrami from Murrumbidgee Irrigation Limited, which is treated by the Leeton Shire Council so that it is safe to drink. There are water treatment plants in Leeton, Murrami and Whitton with 3910 properties connected to 173km of public water mains.
