This Alliance was designed to assist the member Councils address regional local government issues. Under the Alliance the Mayors and General Managers of the four Councils met to discuss regional issues. The Alliance was successful in obtaining grant funding under the NSW Government Innovation Fund for a Fitness Campaign that sought to improve financial sustainability and service delivery.
